These terms govern your use of https://trendiest-store.com and any order you place with
Trendiest Store. By browsing this site or buying from it, you accept them. Please read
them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which
form part of the same agreement.

Trendiest Store is an online cosmetics and gift retailer based at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi 75300, Pakistan. You can

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to
place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is
accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method chosen.

Products, colours and availability

We describe every product as accurately as we can and photograph it ourselves
wherever possible. Screens render colour differently, so the exact shade of a
gloss, tint or packaging may vary slightly from the photograph.

Our Beauty Surprise Cups are curated gift packs. The contents of a pack are
listed on its product page, but the specific brand or design of an individual
item inside may vary with stock — the number of items, the value of the pack and
the free keychain never do.

All items are subject to availability. If something you ordered is out of
stock we will contact you to offer a substitute, a partial dispatch or a refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable tax unless
stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before
you confirm.

We try hard to keep prices correct, but if a product is listed at an obviously
wrong price through a genuine error, we may cancel the order and refund you in
full rather than fulfil it. We will always contact you first.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when
you place it. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of anything
already paid — where a product is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to the
address given, where we suspect fraud, or where there has been a pricing error.

Safe use of cosmetics

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Please patch-test before
first use, read any instructions on the packaging, keep products away from
children, and stop using anything that irritates your skin. If you have a known
allergy or a skin condition, check the ingredients or speak to a professional
before buying. We are not able to give medical advice.

Intellectual property

The photographs, product images, text, layout, animations and branding on this
site belong to Trendiest Store and may not be copied, resold or reused commercially
without our written permission. Third-party brand names shown on products belong
to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it in bulk, resell
access to it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access where this
happens.

Reviews and content you post

If you leave a review or send us a photo, you keep ownership of it but give us
permission to display it on the site and our social channels. We may remove
content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the
amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud where
the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and
the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page
at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.

How to reach us

We reply to messages every day, usually within a few hours between 10am and
9pm PKT. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are answered the next
working day.
